Here are some of the preschool activities we did today. Like yesterday Michael was the only actual preschool age child here. For now it looks like that is the way it's going to be as business is unusually slow right now. So I'm taking this chance to really get some one on one time with Michael. He still has some developmental delays but is catching up quickly and I think he can really benefit from our current situation. The one year old I babysit daily does get in on a lot of our activities though and adds a lot of fun to the day.

We read three stories today - Dr. Suess's ABC, Fire Trucks in Action, and A Picnic in the Woods
Listened to music, both kids songs and instrumental
Play with wooden blocks, build, count, name the colors, etc.
Play memory and talk about the animals on the cards
Play outside and talk about everything around us - traffic going by, birds in the sky, etc.
Sing lots of songs together. Singing together is one of Michael's favorite activities.
